Residents pray inside a damage Catholic Church after Typhoon Haiyan damaged Tacloban, Philippines. With the gifts of faith, hope, and love the Filipinos will recover and become stronger people.
Do not mourn Nature, For you will discover, A new growth underneath, Hope will always deliver. Rise to the occasion, Leave the worrying, Provide us with beauty, That is your calling. Belsbror
Thank you for the Sunday music, Diana Rasmussen
Ayyah! This was just too painful to watch. I don’t know if you know Pinoy Transplant from Iowa but he volunteered. See his post: http://pinoytransplant.com/2013/11/29/tour-of-duty/
Thank you for sharing this post. My story is now history. Just like the good doctor wrote in his post: We’re still alive and that is grace.
Again, thank you. Pax
Very touching! …
Even these people have suffered, they have such great faith.
Thank you. I am remembering those poor people in my prayers and in my heart. May the Good Lord be with them in their anguish.
Amen, amen.
Amen.
Pax.
I am praying for the people affected by tragedy.
God bless your heart. Thank you.
A great hymn/song for modern churches.
Thank you.
Through the years, I have had the blessing of knowing many people from the Philippines. I have found them to be stalwart, faithful, open hearted….I am touched by what has happened and even more so, by their response. I have friends who have gone back to help their families and friends. I continue to pray for them.
Thank you, Ks. Your friends are so lucky to have you in their lives. Please continue praying.
Beautiful music to go with some lovely pictures. A great video!
It is a moment of grace to give thanks.
Thanks. I really appreciate the mention. 🙂
Your poem was timely for the Sunday Snippet. Thank you.
