Half and Half Makes Two

Arithmetically, two halves make one. But when it comes to relationships, one has to be a whole person before uniting as one.

This is a photo of a newly wed.
Newly WedsThis is a photo of a married couple renewing their vows after 40 years of marriage.
Newly Renewal of VowsMy nephew got married the day before my sister’s 40th year wedding anniversary. It was one big weekend of marriage celebration, back to back.

My prayers for these two that they may bind their marriage until death do they part, through thick and thin, and remain faithful to their marriage vows.

However, this last photo makes me wonder.

    • Thank you. I can make up a story. This one was taken after a wedding reception. What came to mind is that this is an abduction ~ a groom. πŸ˜€

Please share your reflection. Thank you.
