I took a course on Health and Safety, and this is what I learned that helped me a lot.
In reverse order.
10. Be prepared.
09. Know the signs.
08. Be aware of the environments.
07. Don’t ignore anxiety.
06. Let it go.
05. Monitor your own reactions.
04. Disengage.
03. Stand back.
02. Do not talk.
01. Don’t get out of bed.
I have a problem with No. 06.
The thunder made her hid but as for cats, they have the attitude of being carefree. They sleep for 26 hours.
😸😸
I love the photo of the cat hiding under the bed. Certainly that is the only way to avoid danger, but think of what she is missing out on.
Whenever the red flag goes up, it is likely one of these.

Hmmm…. note to file, find a red flag.
I think a lot of us have troubles with #6.
Plans are already underway for #01 this coming weekend!
Soooo, how was it like not getting out of bed?
Dang, KNEW there was something I was going to do this weekend! Perhaps next weekend?
Creature of habit, eh? Or must be all that island events going on. Maybe next season, fall.
The intention was there but one thing led to another, which led to another, then I was on a roll, not making it back to bed for another 13 hours, lol… maybe this Sunday for Mother’s Day!😁
Bwahaha, make sure you tie yourself in bed and demand breakfast in bed for Mothers Day 🙄🤣
😂🤣
